When will my pre-order items ship?
Pre-order items, including limited edition CDs and exclusive merchandise, typically ship on the official release date listed on the product page. Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire shipment will be held until all items are available.

Unopened CDs, Blu-rays, and unworn apparel can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of the products, digital downloads and open media cannot be returned. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
